Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Agent – Luxury Villas, Real Estate & Partnerships to join our team in Glyfada.
This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a passion for luxury travel, real estate, and high-end hospitality. You will play a crucial role in promoting our exclusive villa portfolio for both rentals and sales, managing partner relationships, and sourcing new properties to enhance our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Partnerships Development:

Promote our portfolio of luxury villas for both rentals and real estate sales to travel agents, real estate investors, and property buyers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, including travel agencies, brokers, and online platforms.

Handle inquiries, create tailored offers, and ensure a seamless booking and sales process.

Conduct property presentations and assist clients in selecting the perfect villa for their travel or investment needs.
Online Listing & Property Management:

Manage villa listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and real estate marketplaces.

Optimize online content and ensure all listings reflect Kennedy Group’s luxury standards.

Assist in coordinating property viewings and negotiations for sales transactions.
Property Sourcing & Business Development:

Research and identify new luxury villas for rental and real estate sales.

Establish and maintain relationships with property owners to onboard high-end villas that align with our brand.

Support the expansion of our luxury villa and real estate portfolio through targeted market research.
Communication & Administration:

Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring exceptional service and prompt responses.

Assist in sales reporting, contract preparation, and administrative tasks related to partnerships and property management.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
