Complete responsibility for gross development.

• Customer Service Delivery.
• Collection for all individual accounts.
• Sell all authorized product packages and promotions.
• Sell in new accounts.
• Obtain best-selling position in the account.
• Install racks and other materials.
• Solicit new opportunities and source "Promoter" support against these.
• Manage stock level to ensure continuous freshness and availability.
• Fill and rotate all shelves, displays, racks and equipment to Company standards.
• Utilize POP material.
• Accounts serviced as scheduled.
• Ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Manage collection payment and daily van stocks control.
• Maintain records including scoreboard, cards, reports etc.
• Follow the warehouse process.
• Record accurate Route and Execution KPI's on the Scoreboard.
• Participate in problem solving method.
• New Clients.

We'll teach you what you need to know, but we do have a few minimum requirements:

• Effective Communication
• Strong passion for sales
• Typically has a Bachelor's Degree in any field (highly desired)
• Sales and Distribution background/experience
• Industry Knowledge preferred
• English linguistic skills
• C Category Driving License
