ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of one of the most prominent companies in the Insurance Consulting market, with a long and successful track record in providing comprehensive advisory services on insurance and risk management for business, is seeking an Account Manager to join their Technical Department.

                          Account Manager – Corporate Risks (5858/ΑΜ/ESS/GR)

 Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the insurance needs of mainly SME clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Management and monitoring of insurance policies.
• Oversee the issuance, renewal, and modifications of insurance policies, ensuring seamless coverage for clients.
• Assist clients in managing and processing insurance claims efficiently, coordinating with insurance providers for smooth settlements.
• Liaise with insurance companies to ensure competitive terms and optimal policy conditions for clients.
• Ensure all policies and client interactions align with industry regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5 years of experience in a similar role within the general insurance lines sector, coming from insurance brokers, insurance companies, or in-house brokers
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• PC literate
• Analytical thinking and business acumen
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented mindset
• Organizational skills and flexibility
