We are seeking for a dynamic, self-motivated and communicative, Sales Representative to join our Commercial team, in Thessaloniki’s office.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan & conduct commercial contacts with customers  
• Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (ecommerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA etc.)
• Identify the commercial market opportunities
• Update commercial data and customer feedback in CRM 
• Develop overall market share/turnover in accordance to commercial strategy
• Coordinate with other departments (booking, customer service, etc.) in order to speed up the response time & tackle issues that arise
• Support Customers in the utilization of Spot-On (online tool for rates)
• Follow-up on quotations sent, expiring, not booked
• Contribute to dispute resolution
• Ensure customer is matching compliance rules at sales stage

Requirements & Skills:

• University Degree in Maritime and/or Business Administration or relevant Degree
• Up to 5 years in Sales/Commercial of the Maritime sector
• Strong verbal/written communication & negotiation
• Excellent Command of Greek & English Language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Time management & organization
• Positive mindset & team spirit
