As an integral member of the finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing invoicing and cash collection processes, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and optimizing cash flow operations to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth invoicing operations and accurate booking of incoming payments to facilitate seamless financial transactions.

• Analyze and prepare periodic cash forecasts to optimize cash flow management and support the company's long-term growth.

• Collaborate with customers to ensure prompt and accurate cash collection, maintaining strong relationships while safeguarding financial integrity.

• Monitor and analyze credit risk indicators, such as DSO and aging reports, to maintain the company's financial health.

• Assess customers' financial health and conduct credit checks on new customers to minimize exposure to credit risk.

• Perform accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Required Qualifications:

• University Degree in Finance / Accounting or Business Administration.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

• Excellent use of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Word.

Skills:

• Effective communication and negotiation skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess credit risk and financial data.

• Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing financial data and credit applications.

• Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SoftOne).

• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to drive decision-making.

• Excellent knowledge of English
