Surprice Car Rentals is a global car rental brand. We are currently looking for Head of Network with pleasant personality and passion about work, to join our team in our HQ offices in Athens
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with franchise partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, providing support, guidance, and strategic direction.
- Drive engagement, communication, and best practice sharing across the network.
- Service Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Monitor and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Implement performance metrics and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Address service issues proactively and work with partners to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Network Performance & Revenue Growth
- Analyze volume, revenue trends, and market opportunities to drive business growth across the network.
- Collaborate with franchisees to optimize fleet utilization, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies.
- Identify underperforming markets and develop strategies to improve profitability.
- Expansion & Onboarding of New Partners
- Support the onboarding process for new franchise partners, ensuring seamless integration into the network.
- Provide training and resources to help new partners meet brand standards and performance expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate a smooth expansion process.
- Strategic Leadership & Reporting
- Contribute to the overall network strategy and participate in key decision-making processes.
- Provide regular reports on network performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify areas for innovation.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B/network management, franchise operations, or a similar role within the car hire, mobility, or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in service delivery, operational performance, and revenue optimization.
- Experience managing international stakeholders and working across multiple markets.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with franchise partners and oversee network operations.
