Product Manager 

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Product Manager in Timac Agro | LYDA. Timac Agro| LYDA is a leading company in the fertilizers industry, dedicated to innovation and excellence in providing high-quality products to our customers. With a team of 75 dedicated professionals, we are committed to sustainable practices and continuous improvement.  

Responsibilities:  

• Create technical and marketing argumentation of the company's products to support the sales force 
• Create and deliver technical training to the sales force 
• Offer continuous feedback to ATC and coach the sales force; follow-up farm visits to support sales force on field results 
• Create and deliver presentations to the stakeholders, related to our products
• Follow the market and know the company's product positioning 
• Analyze the evolution of competitor products' price in the market

Qualifications: 

• BSc/MSc degree in Agriculture 

• 1-3 years of experience in the Agribusiness sector will be considered as an advantage. 

• Proficiency in computer skills (Outlook, MS Office, PowerPoint) and Website Administration 

• Proficiency in English 

• Motivated to work for a multinational company and capable of working in a team-oriented environment with strong analytical skills
