About the Role
Are you passionate about Dermo-cosmetics and building strong client relationships? Join our team as a Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence within the pharmacy channel. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a strong customer base, ensuring product visibility, and driving sales performance in alignment with our company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and engaging in new business opportunities.
- Order Management & Merchandising: Process orders efficiently and ensure optimal Brands and products presentation in stores.
- Product Visibility Enhancement: Boost brands visibility in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Channel Strategy Implementation: Execute tailored strategies at the store level to drive results.
- New Product Launches: Ensure prompt and effective deployment of new product listings.
- Performance Contribution: Support company goals by enhancing market share, customer satisfaction, and operational productivity.
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a results-oriented professional who combines industry expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree, ideally in a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the dermo-cosmetics and pharmacy sectors.
- Experience: minimum 3–5 years of proven success in the pharmacy channel, with a focus on sales and merchandising.
Skills:
- Customer-focused selling and influencing abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).
- A self-starter with a high degree of initiative and autonomy.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence.
