At Like Home Property Management, we specialize in short-term rental management across central Athens and Piraeus. We partner with property owners, optimize their listings on Airbnb and Booking.com, and take care of everything — from marketing to guest experience.

We’re currently expanding and looking for a Sales Manager (or Client Acquisition Manager) to help us grow our portfolio by onboarding new properties.

What You'll Be Doing

• Actively search for new property owners interested in short-term rentals
  
  
• Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients across Athens
  
  
• Explain our services and convince owners to partner with Like Home
  
  
• Build trust and manage relationships until the apartment goes live on Airbnb
  
  
• Collaborate with our internal team (photography, cleaning, pricing) to onboard new listings smoothly
  
  
• Track and report your pipeline and progress weekly
  
  

Requirements

• Based in Athens, with flexibility to move around the city
  
  
• Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)
  
  
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  
  
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
  
  
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
  
  
• Comfortable with a compensation model that includes a fixed salary plus performance-based bonuses
  
  
• Basic understanding of Airbnb/short-term rental industry
  
  
• Driver’s license or scooter/car access is a plus
