Job Requirements:
A person who is first-line responsible for both Coffee and Draught Beer service operations. A service champion with skills and potential to grow into the function. Brings and shares knowledge of both the Coffee and Beer businesses within the organization.
Monitors and supports internal and external organizational processes for Coffee, Draught Beer operations & services, ensuring proper customer service and control processes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage efficiently technical operational model covering pre-installation, installation, and after-sales technical support for Coffee and Draught Beer equipment.
- Manage technical service organization, including 3rd-party service providers and distributors.
- Control and evaluate the performance of service providers using key business indicators (KBIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor customer service quality and perform regular on-site audits, providing feedback and improvement proposals.
- Ensure that equipment and processes align with business growth and market needs, contributing to the annual business plan.
- Keep technicians and the organization updated on equipment modifications, market trends, and service organization performance.
- Support training and development initiatives related to Coffee and Draught Beer operations and asset profitability.
- Maintain effective communication with our Business Unit stakeholders and Group DEO.
- Keep operational cost controlled
Essential Criteria:
- University or Technical degree.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the Draught Beer and/or Coffee business.
- Customer-oriented and customer-centric mentality.
- Continuous improvement and process optimization mindset.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to set standards for performance management.
- Good knowledge of cost controlling and financial understanding.
Desirable Criteria:
- Degree preferably in Engineering or Logistics.
- Experience in 3PL management.
- Experience in project and change management.
