Grand Hyatt Athens 5* Hotel currently seeking to recruit a professional for the position of the:

Housekeeping Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily housekeeping activities and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
  • Manage and update housekeeping schedules and rosters.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities and inventory

-Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years housekeeping experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Able to communicate effectively, written or verbal at all levels
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be a plus
  • Fluency in English knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and housekeeping management software is a plus.
