Responsibilities:

  • Performs duties as required by the department head
  • Executes menus preparation in collaboration with other colleagues
  • Ensures cleanliness, organization and adherence to food safety standards
  • Follows all necessary policies and procedures relating to HACCP guidelines
  • Must be able to follow and implement all company’s policies and procedures

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary institute
  • Available to work nights and weekend
