About the Role:
Kariera.group is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) on behalf of Hosthub to focus on outbound leads. 📞 The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold-calling potential clients, specifically small and medium-sized property management businesses, with a focus on international markets. 🌎 This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company, work fully remotely, and be a key player in expanding Hosthub’s reach. 🚀

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to prospects from targeted lists, primarily focusing on property managers and small to medium-sized management businesses outside of Greece. 📲
  • Generate interest by engaging potential clients and presenting Hosthub’s solutions tailored to their needs. 🎯
  • Qualify prospects through strategic discovery questions. 🤔
  • Schedule demos with the appropriate Account Executive for further discussions. 📅
  • Achieve and exceed targets including number of calls, demos booked, and lead coverage within the CRM. 🏆

What We’re Looking For:

  • Native English speaker or someone with near-native proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. 🗣️
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or customer service is highly preferred. Experience in the property management or SaaS industry is a strong plus. 🌐
  • Comfortable with CRM tools such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce. 📊
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. ⏰
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, results-driven attitude. 👍

Ideal Candidates Might Have:

  • Experience in the property management industry, particularly with short-term rental platforms or property management solutions. 🏘️
  • Worked at companies offering services or technology solutions to property managers or within the short-term rental industry. 🔑

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required. 🎓
