White Pearl Hospitality looking for an experienced Duty Managers with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in hotel management, who will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of Elysian Retreat, Elysian Santorini, White Pearl Villas, White Pearl Cavalieri, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction for the season 2025. You will lead a team of dedicated staff members, provide guidance and support, and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a customer-centric and goal-driven mindset. Responsibilities

• Manage and train the hotel staff to provide excellent customer service
• Ensure smooth running of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures and responding to guest inquiries
• Greeting guests, enhancing guests' relations, and promoting the company's services and facilities
• Receiving guests' feedback while on-premises to ensure their satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and goal achievements
• Inspecting hotel rooms, facilities, and personnel to confirm the high quality of provided services
• Implement policies and supervise procedures for all departments according to company's SOPs and goals
• Manage and monitor purchases according to budget and hotel needs
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and lead by example
• Reporting to the management

• Proven experience in boutique hotel management or a similar role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Excellent command of English language
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Availability to work flexible hours
