White Pearl Hospitality is looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Hotel Front Desk Agent for the season of 2025 (April-October) in Santorini. As a front desk agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls, and emails and respond to guest inquiries concerning their stay
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Assist guests with their luggage and coordinate transportation if needed
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Promotes in house and sister properties’ services and facilities
  • Ensure the accuracy of guest reservations and update any changes
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Co-ordinate housekeeping and maintenance personnel on daily routine

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Working knowledge of hotel management software (PMS)
  • Familiarity with local attractions and points of interest is a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure
