Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily hotel operations to ensure seamless functionality across departments.
- Oversee Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk, and Food & Beverage teams.
- Uphold and enforce high standards of service and operating procedures.
- Inspire, lead, and develop the operational team to drive excellence.
- Train and mentor staff to consistently deliver top-tier guest service.
- Develop and implement strategies for enhanced efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to align operational initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide regular performance and operational updates to the General Manager.
- Coordinate across departments to meet and exceed guest expectations, addressing any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about customer service with a guest-centric approach.
