Job Summary: Donkey Hotels SA is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who has an experience and contacts in FIT Luxury market to join our team. The role involves managing existing accounts as well as to seek for new clients, to increase sales though repeated or new business and exceed revenue Budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, solicit, and develop new and existing FIT Luxury accounts.
- Represent the company at trade shows, product launches, and other events.
- Conduct sales presentations and travel as needed.
- Develop and monitor action plans to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure the best support and customer service to clients.
- Plan and host client events, familiarization trips, trade, and consumer shows.
- Conduct creative site inspections.
- Identify and profile new market opportunities.
- Provide training sessions to clients to enhance productivity and revenue generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience of 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to travel as required.
