Elix is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota.
Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join the Nido hotel team for 2025 in Corfu.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes in accordance with set recipes and standards.
- Assist Sous Chef with menu planning and costing for the a la carte restaurant.
- Oversee food quantities, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure kitchen operations comply with food safety regulations and standards.
- Train and develop the kitchen staff.
- Assist with orders and inventory management.
Requirements
- Experience as a Chef De Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Experience in Mediterranean and Greek cuisine.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
