About the Role
AA+Partners, on behalf of our client, is looking for a skilled and passionate Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-regarded hotel in Chalkidiki. The successful candidate will possess a deep commitment to hospitality excellence, with a focus on operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This position oversees all hotel departments, ensuring cohesive and high-quality service delivery across the board.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Ensure seamless daily operations by supporting all departments, managing staffing requirements, and proactively addressing any operational challenges.
- Departmental Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among departments to foster a cohesive and productive team environment.
- Strategic Planning: Develop, monitor, and adjust operational plans to meet established quality standards and targets.
- Budget and Financial Management: Oversee the hotel’s budget, carefully monitor expenses and revenue, and perform financial analysis to optimize performance.
- Leadership and Goal Achievement: Lead all departments, setting performance expectations to achieve high standards of guest service and operational excellence.
- Executive Collaboration: Work closely with ownership, department heads, and advisors, serving as the primary leader in the hotel’s hierarchy.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a consistently high standard of guest experience, addressing needs promptly and maintaining a reputation for exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7 to 10 years in a Hotel Manager or comparable executive role within the hospitality industry.
- Education: Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business Administration.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a focus on diplomacy, tact, and professionalism.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Financial Acumen: Proficient in financial management, with experience analyzing financial reports.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with hotel management software and digital communication tools.
- Languages: Fluent in Greek and English; proficiency in an additional language is desirable.
