A night auditor ensures of the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. The position combines customer service and basic accounting duties to reconcile the day’s financial activities & assist guests during the night.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet & assist late check-ins & early check-outs
• Perform night audits of hotel financial records & balance accounts
• Process payments, verify room charges, prepare daily operational reports
• Respond to guest requests & inquiries in a professional manner
• Monitor the Hotel premises, ensuring safety
• Coordinate with the morning shift to ensure seamless handover

JOB RELATED SKILLS

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Clear verbal & written communication skills
• Demonstrating a pleasant & positive professional image to both guests & the rest of the team
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Very good use of the English language is required
• Familiar with hotel management system software & Microsoft Outlook environment [knowledge of FIDELIO is a plus]
