Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of:

Extra Waiter/ Extra Waitress (On Call Associates)

Will be reporting to the Complex Banquet Floor Manager

Duties and Responsibilities to include:

• Assist as an on call Associate in the exceptional Banqueting Service our Hotels are renown for and all Guest request

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes

• University Degree in a Tourism (or relevant Master’s degree)
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the service of Banqueting/ Catering services in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment
• HACCP or EFET certification will be considered an asset
• Excellent command of the English language certified at Proficiency level, additional languages are an asset
• Strong people and project management skills
• Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.
• Organizing skills and coordination ability
• Attention to detail
• Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
• EU National or Resident of Greece
