Food & Beverage Manager

About the role:

We are looking for hands-on F&B leader with experience in in luxury lifestyle hotels, who are just as comfortable rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in as they are setting revenue strategies or working with the wider team on F&B concept development.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Responsible for assuring attentive courteous and efficient service in the F&Bdepartment while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost.
• Lead and inspire the in-property F&B team, to deliver a consistent level of service
• Accountable for short- and long-term planning and the management of the hotel’s F&B Department
• Develop and recommend the budget, labour cost plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans
• Coach and counsel team members to reflect service standards and procedures
• Able to convey information and ideas clearly
• Able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately

• Experience in managing operational F&B departments ideally in luxury hotels
• A proven background in improving and maintaining high standards
• Pre-opening hotel experience is essential
• Be an excellent and inspiring communicator across all levels
• Fluent speaker of English language
