Responsibilities

• Masterful preparation and presentation of an extensive array of beverages, showcasing precision and quality in every concoction.
• Adept knowledge of drink recipes, garnishing techniques, and an unwavering commitment to beverage excellence.
• Commitment to fostering positive guest experiences through attentive service and personalized engagement
• Diligent maintenance of a pristine and organized bar environment, ensuring a seamless workflow and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Efficient management of tabs, ensuring timely settlement and a positive financial interaction.
• Continual awareness of the establishment's offerings, inclusive of new beverages, specials, and promotional items.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and guest's preferences to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Seamless collaboration with fellow staff members to facilitate a coordinated and elevated service experience

Requirements

• Diploma in bartending or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of bartending, including industry trends and best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluency in English.
