Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the front office during the overnight shift.
  • Answering guest questions and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

 

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Friendly and have a polite personality
  • Able to multi-task and use initiative, focusing on guest needs
  • With excellent communication skills 
  • Detail oriented

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
  • Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading, and writing. Knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated
  • Previous hotel experience in a similar position
  • Computer Literacy (excel)– Knowledge of OPERA or Fidelio
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, with comfort in arranging and reconciling financial records.
  • Ability to accurately record and control hotel financial transactions (receipts, payments, invoicing).
