Night Auditor - Santorini
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the front office during the overnight shift.
- Answering guest questions and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
The ideal candidate should be:
- Friendly and have a polite personality
- Able to multi-task and use initiative, focusing on guest needs
- With excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
Requirements:
- Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
- Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading, and writing. Knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated
- Previous hotel experience in a similar position
- Computer Literacy (excel)– Knowledge of OPERA or Fidelio
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, with comfort in arranging and reconciling financial records.
- Ability to accurately record and control hotel financial transactions (receipts, payments, invoicing).
