5 * NOUS Hotel in Santorini is looking for a Housekeeping(Floor) Supervisor 

The ideal candidate should:

• Prepare the floor guestrooms checklist every morning
• Manage day-to-day floor operations
• Train and retrain of all floor maids and housemen (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Ensure that floor maids / housemen have the necessary guests cleaning supplies, tools and equipment to carry out job duties
• Be responsible for staff’s appearance, safety and work accidents procedure
• Inspect guestrooms
• Be responsible for the good condition and cleanliness of various guest equipment
• Be able to work under pressure and flexible in working shifts

Requirements

• Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
• Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing
• Previous hotel experience in similar position
• Computer literate
