As a COOK B at NOUS Santorini, you will assist in preparing a wide variety of dishes while adhering to our high standards of culinary excellence. Your role is crucial in supporting the kitchen team by ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety. You will work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service in our vibrant dining environment.
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary institute
- Up to 2 years previous experience in a similar role (hot or cold cuisine)
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language
