Your role is crucial in supporting the kitchen team by ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety. You will work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service in our vibrant dining environment.

Requirements:

• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary institute
• Up to 2 years of previous experience in a similar role (hot or cold cuisine)
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of the English language
