As a Breakfast-Lunch Service Staff member at Vencia Boutique Hotel, you will be responsible for delivering a delightful breakfast-lunch experience to our guests, including expertly prepared coffee beverages. You will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

Breakfast Setup and Service: Prepare and maintain an inviting breakfast buffet, ensuring a clean and organized setup.

Coffee Preparation: Expertly craft a range of coffee beverages, including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks, catering to guest preferences.

Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, assist them with breakfast selections, and ensure their dietary needs and preferences are met.

Table Service: Serve breakfast items and beverages to seated guests when requested, maintaining attentive and friendly service. 

Set and reset tables for lunch with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring they are clean and properly arranged for each guest.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards, ensuring the breakfast/lunch area is spotless at all times.

Inventory Management: Monitor breakfast supplies and coffee stock, restocking items promptly to ensure a seamless service.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to provide an exceptional breakfast experience.

Qualifications

Previous Experience: Experience in breakfast/lunch service, coffee preparation, or a similar hospitality role is highly desirable.

Coffee Expertise: Strong skills in preparing a variety of coffee beverages using professional equipment.

Customer Service Skills: Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Time Management: Ability to work efficiently during busy morning hours.

Attention to Detail: Focus on presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
