As a Poolside Service Staff member, you will provide outstanding service to guests enjoying our pool facilities. Your role will include serving food and beverages, managing guest requests, and handling payments with proficiency using a tax machine. You will be instrumental in creating a relaxing and luxurious experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Greet and assist guests at the pool area, ensuring their comfort and addressing their requests promptly and professionally.

Food and Beverage Service: Take and deliver orders for food and drinks, ensuring accurate and timely service.

Payment Processing: Handle billing and payments using a tax machine, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and receipts are provided.

Poolside Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including sunbeds, tables, and serving stations.

Menu Knowledge: Provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, making recommendations and accommodating dietary preferences.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including the kitchen and bar, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Previous Experience: Proven experience in food and beverage service, or a similar role.

Tax Machine Proficiency: Competence in using tax machines for billing and payment processing is essential.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Customer Service Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Communication Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in a pool environment and handle physical tasks like serving and restocking.

Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
