A fast-growing hospitality management company is seeking to hire an experienced Income & Credit Manager. The role continues to the optimization of revenue and financial health, and processes debit and payment issues, complying with regulatory requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision of Income audit and credit control
  • Monitoring bank deposits, receipts, and overall cash flow
  • Retains an open communication channel with partners and customers to ensure the smooth processing of billing, payments and other related issues, including resolving any complaints, and promptly addressing any inconsistencies in a seamless and professional manner
  • Management of customers' payments creditworthiness and deadlines
  • Reconciles collections and manages revenue interface, such as Protel-ERP
  • Oversees account receivables’ aging

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of basic financial principles
  • Teamwork, ability to collaborate with all stakeholders
  • Multitasking, able to make data-driven decisions and generate relevant reports
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and attention to detail
