Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the front desk team during assigned shifts, ensuring a smooth and
efficient operation. - Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to both new hires and existing front desk
associates to promote continuous development. - Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a
high level of guest satisfaction at all times. - Ensure that all special requests and accommodations for guests are handled swiftly and
accurately. - Oversee daily front desk operations, including managing room assignments, key control, and adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Monitor guest accounts, review billing details, and ensure accuracy in payments and
charges. - Assign and overviews permanent duties to Shift Leaders and Agents in order for the
department to operate smooth in the hotel. - Conducts yearly appraisals and mid years review to staff. Recognised training needs and
prepares the departmental training and development plan.
Requirements
- BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management or relevant studies.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language – knowledge of any other
language would be considered an asset. - Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS.
- 2 years minimum experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a 4 or 5* Luxury Boutique Hotel
