Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill procurement needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate purchasing of materials, goods, and services.
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor relations.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
