The SandBlu Luxury Resort is hiring Restaurant Captain

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Train and mentor restaurant staff to uphold service standards and enhance guest experiences.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a high-end restaurant or luxury resort setting.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and basic computer skills.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
