Best candidate’s profile:

University Degree or Professional Diploma in a Culinary Arts
2-4 years minimum experience in a similar position, at a 5* Luxury Hotel
Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel
Pleasant personality with strong communicational and leadership skills
Work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

Supervises all the section of Melia fine dining restaurant
Ensures that all the health and safety regulations are kept, as well as the hygiene and sanitation
Training and motivate the employees, evaluate their performance
Organizes and lead all the kitchen operations, activities and schedule
Monitors quality and food cost, and oversee food preparations
Oversees storage, check the quality of the products
