As a COOK A at Semiramis, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. You will ensure that all food preparation activities are conducted in line with the hotel's service standards and health regulations.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with the kitchen team, managing food inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace, enabling a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant experience in a similar role
  • A minimum of 3 years of cooking experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, with fluency in Greek and good knowledge of the English language
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and collaborating effectively with the kitchen team
  • Creativity and passion for food and presentation
  • Available to work nights and weekends
