Position Summary:

The Houseman maintains the smooth operation and pristine appearance the hospitality establishments. This job demands a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to upkeep, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks.

 

Scope:

• Reports to Housekeeping Manager
• General cleaning and maintenance of the public areas
• Arranges furniture and setting up rooms for events or daily use
• Assists with outdoor duties, including gardening and pool care
• Provides support during events, including setup and cleanup
• Ensures all areas are stocked with necessary supplies
• Upholds the property’s standards of cleanliness and organization

 

Prerequisites:

• One or more years working experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality sector
• Good knowledge of English language
