Sandblu Resort, Santorini, is currently in search of SPA Receptionist
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression of the SPA.
- Manage spa appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and cancellations, using the spa management system.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spa products and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Qualifications / Experience
- Previous experience as a SPA Receptionist or in a similar role within the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using spa management software and other relevant tools.
- Fluency in English.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
