Skybay Group enlarges its vision with the opening of a new restaurant in Imerovigli, Santorini, offering a unique dining experience that blends Mediterranean tradition with modern innovation. Perched atop a cliff with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the island’s idyllic sunset, the restaurant will craft contemporary dishes with locally sourced ingredients and fresh seafood. The sleek, modern design complements the breathtaking scenery, while the sustainable approach ensures a minimal environmental footprint. With a curated wine list featuring Santorini’s renowned Assyrtiko, this new venue promises to be a must-visit destination for locals and visitors alike, combining exceptional food, stunning views, and memorable experiences.

Sandblu Resort, Santorini, is currently in search of Receptionists.  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience. 
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency. 
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and billing details.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and courteously. 
• Provide information about the resort’s facilities, services, and local attractions. 
• Process payments, handle cash transactions, and manage invoices accurately.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.  

Qualifications / Experience**  

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. 
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset. 
• Excellent English and Greek language proficiency, both written and spoken. 
• Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS), MS Office, and other relevant software. 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and professional attitude. 
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
