Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Administers front office functions and supervises staff on a daily basis.
- Ensures guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department.
- Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
- Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
- Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Desk goals to produce desired results.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in supervisory/managerial position in 4 or 5-star hotels
- Possession of Hospitality degree or relevant educational background.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Front Office PMS.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, further enhancing the ability to effectively manage front office operations.
