SandBlu is hiring a

Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Administers front office functions and supervises staff on a daily basis.
  • Ensures guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department.
  • Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
  • Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
  • Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
  • Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Desk goals to produce desired results.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in supervisory/managerial position in 4 or 5-star hotels
  • Possession of Hospitality degree or relevant educational background.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Front Office PMS.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills, further enhancing the ability to effectively manage front office operations.
