HR Manager (Hospitality)

to join our team in our project in Chalkidiki.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Drive employee training and development initiatives to build a high-performing team.
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Maintain detailed HR records and generate reports on HR metrics.
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning and succession planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of Greek labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages will be a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on employee needs and organizational goals.
• Previous working experience in HR (experience in Hospitality HR is considered an asset)
• Knowlege of HRMS
