As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and able to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide friendly and efficient service at the front desk
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations
• Complete the check-in/check-out process accurately and efficiently, verifying guest information and processing payments
• Assist with reservations by utilizing the hotel’s booking system and ensuring accuracy of information
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and guest waiting area
• Assist with handling and appropriately resolving guest complaints and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate promptly with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Further studies of any level in the field is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a high volume of tasks.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
