The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Drive employee training and development initiatives to build a high-performing team.
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Maintain detailed HR records and generate reports on HR metrics.
- Collaborate with management on workforce planning and succession planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of Greek labor laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages will be a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on employee needs and organizational goals.
- Previous working experience in HR (experience in Hospitality HR is considered an asset)
- Knowlege of HRMS
