We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to provide exceptional drinks and guest service at NOUS Santorini. If you’re passionate about mixology and customer care, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Mix and serve a wide range of drinks/coffees from the menu with care and precision.
• Take orders from guests and offer drink suggestions based on their preferences.
• Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Keep the bar stocked by ordering supplies when needed.
• Follow all regulations and standards in food and beverage service.
• Stay informed on the latest drinks, cocktails, and alcohol trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Barista, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Solid knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive, friendly attitude.
• Strong English and Greek language skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
