With extensive expertise in hotel management, investment, development, sales and marketing strategies, as well as advisory services, SWOT Hospitality is currently seeking a Guest Relations Manager for a trademark hotel in Chalkidiki.

Guest Relations Manager

  • Ensures a warm, professional, and efficient farewell experience for all guests.
  • Assists guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns throughout their stay.
  • Proactively anticipates guest needs to enhance their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintains an organized and fully operational guest relations desk with all necessary resources.
  • Builds and nurtures strong relationships with regular and returning guests.
  • Supervises and coordinates the arrival and departure experience for VIPs and special guests.
  • Upholds high guest satisfaction levels by delivering outstanding, personalized service.
  • Trains, mentors, and manages the guest relations team to maintain service excellence.
  • Oversees and ensures the secure delivery of guest messages and emails.
  • Stays updated on industry trends to implement best practices in guest service.
  • Promotes hotel amenities, services, and special programs to enhance guest experiences.
  • Evaluates team performance, prepares reports, and implements improvements where necessary.
  • Monitors daily operations through logbooks, assigns tasks efficiently, and enforces quality control procedures.

Requirements

●      Bachelor's degree in hospitality or Hotel Management from a reputable institute

●      2 years of work experience as a Guest Relation Manager/ Supervisor in the Hospitality Industry.

●      Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws

●      Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)

●      Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

●      Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills Certifications.

●      Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance

●      Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation

●      Experience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation techniques

●      Extraordinary interpersonal and organizational skills

●      Quick decision-making skills and, good oral and written communication skills
