Asty Mykonos Hotel & Spa, is currently seeking to recruit for the above project in Mykonos, professional for the position of
BARMAN / BARISTA MYKONOS (Code: BAR - MYK)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years’ minimum experience as a Barman or Barista in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or a Restaurant
- Basic principles of BARTENDING & MIXOLOGY are required
- General knowledge of Wine Basics & Food Pairing is valuable
- In depth knowledge of F&B Quality Service SOPS is crucial
- Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
- Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset
- Previous experience on POS & Micros systems is more than welcomed
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell/promote
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Problem solving skills
- Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department
- Maximize Hotel Food & Beverage Sales
- Great attention to detail
- Offering upscale customer service
