Front Desk Agent – Semiramis

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answering guest questions and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Provide information about the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Friendly and have a polite personality
  • Able to multi-task and use initiative, focusing on guest needs
  • With excellent communication skills 
  • Detail oriented

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
  • Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing. Knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated
  • At least 2 years previous hotel experience in similar position
  • Flexibility in working night shifts
  • Computer literacy - knowledge of OPERA will be consider as an asset
