Wavemaker Hospitality, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations. We seek an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Atlantica Caldera Palace 5* hotel in Heraklion, Crete island.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing a restaurant within a luxury hotel or resort setting, focusing on providing exceptional service, training, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily restaurant operations to ensure the smooth running of the outlet, including effective management of staffing levels
  • Train, motivate, and coach employees, ensuring staff are delivering the Atlantica values, philosophy and standards of service excellence
  • Implement effective procedures for food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service according to the company's standards
  • Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management position within a luxury hotel or resort
  • Proven experience in managing and supervising teams, with the ability to motivate and build morale
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent command of the English language 
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
