The front desk agent will be responsible for receptionist duties & communication with guests, always providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in shaping guests’ first & last impressions of their stay, making it essential to be friendly, professional & efficient. The job can be fast-paced, especially during peak season.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome guests
  • Process check-ins & check-outs
  • Ensure payment methods are secured & handle billings
  • Maintain guests’ profiles
  • Provide information of local attractions, transportation, dining options
  • Answer guests’ inquiries about hotel services, amenities, surrounding area
  • Address & resolve issues promptly & courteously
  • Coordinate with the night & afternoon shifts to ensure seamless handover

JOB RELATED SKILLS

  • Previous experience in a 5* hotel
  • Clear verbal & written communication skills
  • Demonstrating a pleasant & positive professional image to both guests & the rest of the team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & manage tasks efficiently
  • Excellent use of the English language is required [knowledge of French language will be a plus]
  • Familiar with hotel management system software & Microsoft Outlook environment [knowledge of FIDELIO will be a plus]
