We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Airfreight Operator to join our team. In this role, you will manage airfreight operations, ensuring timely and efficient shipment handling while maintaining compliance with local and international regulations. You will have the opportunity to grow the existing business and manage the existing customers. You’ll play a critical role in delivering superior service to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end airfreight shipment process.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including airway bills, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Liaise with airlines, transport companies, and customs brokers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), and other relevant laws.
• Use logistics software to manage shipment planning and documentation.
• Proactively address and resolve any shipment-related issues or delays.
• Manage the existing customers
• Grow the customer base with concrete sales activities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: High school diploma required; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in airfreight operations or freight forwarding.
• Certifications: IATA Cargo and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) certification preferred.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and international shipping regulations.
• Familiar with sales activities
