We are looking to hire an Integrated Management System Specialist to join our QA Department. The main responsibility of the position is the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System. The role is based in Xanthi, Greece.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Schedule and conduct all internal audits related to the I.M.S.
• Schedule all external audits of the I.M.S. and ensure they are successfully completed.
• Maintain the I.M.S. file to an orderly and fully operational condition.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Travel around SUNLIGHT’s subsidiaries to perform audits (15% of time)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with people in and out of the organization.
• Excellent computer proficiency (File management, MS Windows, MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• English language proficiency level C1 or higher.
